Exactly a year ago, on 16 March 2020, the large northern  Lifelines Corona research was started. Two weeks later, the first COVID-19 questionnaires were send, and many followed afterwards. This research by Lifelines, the UMCG, the University of Groningen and the Aletta Jacobs School of Public Health researches the risk factors and the course of the COVID-19 virus. Dankzij de duizenden deelnemers beschikken we in het Noorden nu over een schat aan data om onderzoek mee te doen. Deze informatie kunnen beleidsmakers nu gebruiken bij het nemen van beslissingen, én helpt ons om in de toekomst sneller te handelen in vergelijkbare situaties. Een jaar na dato lijkt Lifelines een mooi moment voor een vergelijking in de tijd: hoe voelden we ons in maart 2020 en hoe voelen we ons nu? Wat viel Lifelines op?
