ustainability and healthy ageing are key priorities for Campus Groningen. But how can we also make these central to making mobility choices? And how can we help employees, visitors and users not only more aware of their travel behavior, but also help them make responsible choices?
We’re looking for a solution that contributes to the accessibility and hospitality of Campus Groningen.

“Green is good!” That’s the consensus of many studies into “the perfect working environment”. A green environment positively contributes to the experiences and state of mind of students, employers and employees. And because of that, also their productivity of course. In addition, “green” is essential to make a location climate adaptive and future-proof, for example in reducing heat stress and waterlogging.
How can public green spaces become a source of innovation and contribute to the campus becoming the optimal working environment?

On Campus Groningen, companies and institutions with a passion for research, training and entrepreneurship work closely together to achieve real impact, in areas such as Healthy Aging, Sustainable Society and Energy. Together with partners (University of Groningen, Hanze University Groningen, UMCG, Business Association WEST, Province and City of Groningen), we are building the world of tomorrow.
The challenge: develop an innovative solution, online or physical, to optimally support the Campus community and interested parties to meet and interact, with the aim of stimulating the innovation and growth of the campus.
