Thursday June 14, the test solar car of the Top Dutch Racing Team was presented on Zernike Campus Groningen by students from Groningen, who will participate in the Bridgestone World Solar Challenge in Australia. Paul van der Wijk, lmember of the Board of the Hanze University of Applied Sciences, had the honour to make the official test drive in the brand new solar car. 

Thee World Solar Challengetakes place next year, 13-20 October. The car has to cover a distance of about 3000 kilometers. Team leader Jeroen Brattinga: "Do we stand a chance? Maybe we can even win the race!"
