In March 2018, the Northern-Netherlands Innovation Monitor is made for the fourth time. The Expertise centre Vinci of the University of Groningen and the Samenwerkingsverband Noord-Nederland (SNN) make a yearly overview of the innovation activities, investments and successes of the northern small and middle businesses.
