More innovations and collaborations at Campus Groningen. In the testing field of BuildinG on Zernike Campus Groningen innovations in building and infrastructure emerge, that relate to the themes sustainability and energy. Also a circular lab is started in the testing hall, where the Hanze University of Applied Sciences will lecture on digitalisation in construction after the summer of 2019. This was presented by director Rolf Koops of BuildinG at the BINK network breakfast on May 8. BINK stands for BuildinG Innovators NetworK.
The past few months, BuildinG has developed a vision for the next five years, together with founders Economic Board Groningen and the Hanze University and together with TNO and Bouwend Nederland. The vision encompasses seven themes, such as energy transition, digitalisation, safety and damage, and school building. BuildinG presented these plans at the BINK-breakfast.
