Talent in Life Sciences meets regional life science companies
Getting to know people, searching for inspiration for the future and looking for job opportunities after college. That was at the center of both Meet & Greets for students Life Sciences of the Hanze University of Applied Sciences and the University of Groningen (UG) that took place on Monday 4 February in the Energy Barn and on Tuesday 5 February in the Faculty of Science and Engineering of the UG on Zernike Campus. The Meet & Greets are an initiative of the joined companies of the LIFE Cooperative, to get in touch with students.
Crowded Meet & Greet at the Hanze University
About 200 students of the Hanze University and 27 companies attended the Meet & Greet in the Energy Barn on Monday 4 February. This was the third edition of this business fair where students of Bio-informatica, Biology and Medical Laboratory research, Chemistry and Chemical Technology meet companies in the field of Life Sciences.
During the Meet & Greet on 5 February for the LIFE Cooperative companies and the students of the UG there was plenty of room get get to know each other in an informal setting. Pitches and drinks brought both parties closer together. Attending companies were Polyvation, Polyganics, Innocore Pharmaceuticals, MercachemSyncom and the Innovatie hub Oost –Groningen.
