Mon, 6 February 2023 t/m Sat, 11 February 2023
Groningen

The eighth national Week of the Circular Economy will take place from 6 February to 11 February 2023. Pioneers meet each other throughout the country and people are given concrete tools to get started with the circular economy themselves. In the Groningen region, a group of parties ensures that Groningen residents can visit inspiring events in their own neighbourhood.

Program

SDG House Groningen, Natuur en Milieufederatie Groningen, Groener Groningen, Noorden Duurzaam, Groene burgemeester Peter Bootsma en lector Circulaire Economie Egbert Dommerholt have joined forces to draw attention to circular initiatives in Groningen. They have released a timetable with a wide program of events. In this way they want to bring circularity closer! In the house, garden, wardrobe, at school, at work and in public spaces. The timetable can be found at sustainablemoments.nl/circulaire-economie.

Register your event

People who want to organize an event about circularity themselves can register via the SDG House Groningen website. Help draw attention to initiatives via the hashtags #WeekvandeCE and #circulaireeconomie.

Who came up with the Week of the Circular Economy?

The Week of the Circular Economy is an initiative of Het Versnellingshuis, a national program that helps the Dutch business community to do business in a circular way. In a circular economy, waste is no longer conceivable. For more information, visit the website of the Week of the Circular Economy.
