The Royal Dutch Chemical Association (KNCV) celebrates its 115th anniversary this year, and is tehrefore looking for the Smartest Chemist of the Netherlands. There will be six preliminaries throughout the country, in the form of a pub quiz with questions on all aspects of chemistry. On Monday March 26, there will be a preliminary in the city of Groningen. Out of each preliminary, one winner emerges. These six winners will compete in the final Evening of Chemistry on October 9 in Diligentia, The Hague, This evening will be hosted by Philip Freriks.
