The Center for Information Technology (CIT) of the University of Groningen starts a new lecture series: TechTalks050. Every six weeks there is a meeting in DOT, satrting on Monday 15 April, themed: 'Brain Inspired Computing'. The next generation of computers will not be based on silicon chips but on new materials, inspired by the organization of the human brain. Professor Niels Taatgen investigates this phenomenon at the new CogniGron center of the University of Groningen.
