In a month time, the Faculty of Science & Engineering of the UG celebrates the fact that Frits Zernike was awarded the Nobel Prize in Physics on November 4, 1953. This is celebrated with 70 microscopes on 70 spots in the province of Groningen, where visitors can examine their own objects.
