In 2018, Hanze University of Applied Sciences Groningen will be celebrating its 220-year anniversary. It will have been 220 years since the first class was taught at what was then called the Academy for Drawing, Construction and Navigation. To celebrate this, we will be organising a range of activities between January and May 2018 by and for students, employees, alumni, businesses and local residents here in Groningen.

The anniversary celebrations will be all about Empowerment.
