On 24 November the first European ENGAGED University (EEU) conference is organised in the Gerardus de San venue at the Hanze University of Applied Sciences. The European ENGAGED University brings together the considerable strengths of five longstanding, complementary types of high education institutions in an ambitious effort to re-conceptualise the nature and function of a higher education institution, aiming towards establishing a new European University.
