Stimulating a Healthy Lifestyle on a community scale is one of the biggest challenges for Europe, but a very complex task. During this conference experiences and results from the Erasmus+ project Communities of Practice for Healthy Lifestyle (COP4HL) will be shared together with other recent insights. COP4HL is a unique social innovation: a multistakeholders approach between different sectors.
