The second Dutch Digital Conference will be held in Groningen from 8 through 9 February 2021, after being postponed because of corona. The first conference took place in Hilversum in March 2019. Representatives from different backgrounds exchanged knowledge and agreed to join forces to manage the rapid technological developments that are rapidly transforming Dutch society and the economy.
Dutch Digitalisation Strategy
The Netherlands’ digital transformation can only succeed through cooperation. For that reason, the government launched the Dutch Digitalisation Strategy in June 2018. This represents the first government-wide effort to formulate ambitions and targets in the area of digitalisation.
