12:00 hour until 13:00 hour
Healthy Ageing Campus

Taking a lunch walk and discovering the Healthy Ageing Campus at the same time? Then join the Campus Daily Mile during the Healthy Ageing Week in October! From Monday 7 October up and until Thursday 10 October Campus Groningen organises a lunch walk of about 1 mile long every day between 12 and 13 hrs on the Healthy Ageing Campus. Four days long, walking a mile every lunch, as a warming up for the 4Mile of Groningen. And it is also very good for your mental health (the theme of this Healthy Ageing Week): walking is excellent for your mind and mood!

How does it work?

Every Campus Daily Mile has a 'healthy ageing' theme. During the walk you visit or hear about a company or research involved in the future of health. As a participant, you also get a healthy snack for on the road. It is not a full lunch, so bringing your own lunch to the Daily Mile is allowed of course. Want to walk along with us? It's free of charge!
