The Beta Business Days is the biggest career event for beta students in Groningen! It consists of two days filled with activities all aimed at connecting students with companies through networking and recruitment. The event gives people in their Bachelor’s, Master’s and PhD the opportunity to orientate on their career prospects and make contacts that could lead to an internship, a thesis project or a job. The next BBD will take place on the 20th and 21st of March 2024.
The Beta Business Days gives more than 7000 Bachelor, Master, and PhD students the opportunity to investigate their career prospects and make contacts that could lead to a thesis project, an internship, or even a job.
Program
Various activities will familiarize students with the needs of the participating companies. Companies can give a presentation or host a stand at the business exposition to generate brand awareness among the attending students.
The programme includes case studies, speed dates, high teas and individual meetings for which participants will be selected based on their CV. Furthermore, there will be informal networking opportunities for students and the participating companies. These activities will give companies and students the chance to get to know each other.
