Campus Cycle: shared bikes on P+R Reitdiep, Avebe and Start-up City
Want to get even faster on Campus? Then use one of the 18 shared bikes (Campus Cycles) on P+R Reitdiep, Avebe or Start-up City. Parking on P+R Reitdiep has its benefits: there are plenty of parking spots and parking is free. By using the Campus Cycle, you're not just getting faster to Zernike Campus or elsewhere in town, it is also healthy and sustainable. Moreover: usage is free for the first ten hours!
How does it work?
The shared bikes have a lock that can be opened with an app. Users of the shared bikes get a login for the app with the 'smart lock'. With this app you can choose a bike and open the lock. You can use the bikes for free for the first ten hours. After that, you can keep on using the bike for a small fee. After using the bike, sign out the bike and lock the bike at P+R Reitdiep, Avebe or Start-up City.

Campus Groningen works on accesibility , mobility on the Campus and encourages with partners such as the municipality of Groningen and Groningen Bereikbaar the use of public transport and bikes. The bikes in this pilot are made available by Groningen Bereikbaar. This pilot will last for a year.
