Update main building UMCG
The white main building of the UMCG on the Healthy Ageing Campus will be completely renovated in a couple of years time, starting January 2019. The current Psychiatry building (UCP) at the north side of the complex will be replaced with a new building next to the hospital.
Renewing
During this construction, operation theatres, polyclinics and laboratories will be renewed, among others. The white main building gets a new emergency care in the front, with a couple of operation theatres behind it. There will also be new intensive cares, and all nursing wards will be renewed. The internal lay out will remain the same.
