Laboraad
Laboraad is a research lab and consultancy company, based on Zernike Campus, that contributes to making agriculture and horticulture more sustainable in an innovative way. With a team of specialists, the company researches and develops product ideas that stimulate sustainable cultivation. Laboraad wants to expand and therefore relocates to a new facility, also on Zernike Campus. With this new building that is now under construction, Laboraad has the space available to develop further and take on new challenges.
The new building
In the design, a lot of thought has been given to function and sustainability. The building includes a combination of office space laboratories and company space, all in one compact mass. The slightly angled roof will be partially covered with pv-panels and sedum.
Planning
The construction works have started in April 2021 with the foundation poles. The building is expected to be finished in the middle of September 2021, and ready for use.
